Refunds
To inquire about refunds for cancellations or changed plans, please reach out to us at somreunion@jhmi.edu. Due to obligations to caterers and vendors, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations made on or after May 15, 2025.
Waitlist
Waitlists are available for events that sell out. Once an event is full, you will be able to see a waitlist event option that you can sign up for. We will reach out if a spot becomes available.
Hotel Reservations
Room Block:
If the Room Block is full, here are some hotel suggestions we have. Please note, we do not have a room block at these locations. Please contact the hotels directly to reserve, for a room rate, and to ask questions.
Transportation
Complimentary shuttle buses will be available for all reunion guests from the Four Seasons to the Armstrong Medical Education Building (AMEB). Shuttles will loop between the hotel to the East Baltimore campus every 20 – 30 minutes. An ADA Accessible van is also available. For the ADA accessible van, call 410-361-6565.
