Refunds

To inquire about refunds for cancellations or changed plans, please reach out to us at somreunion@jhmi.edu. Due to obligations to caterers and vendors, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations made on or after May 15, 2025.


Waitlist

Waitlists are available for events that sell out. Once an event is full, you will be able to see a waitlist event option that you can sign up for. We will reach out if a spot becomes available.

Hotel Reservations

Room Block:

  • A room block is available at the Four Seasons (200 International Drive, Baltimore, 21202) for $339.00/night, so make your reservations today!

If the Room Block is full, here are some hotel suggestions we have. Please note, we do not have a room block at these locations. Please contact the hotels directly to reserve, for a room rate, and to ask questions. 

  • Baltimore Marriott Waterfront (700 Aliceanna St.)
  • Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor (625 S. President St.)
  • Homewood Suites by Hilton Baltimore (625 S. President St.)
  • Courtyard Baltimore Downtown/Inner Harbor (1000 Aliceanna St.)

Transportation

Complimentary shuttle buses will be available for all reunion guests from the Four Seasons to the Armstrong Medical Education Building (AMEB). Shuttles will loop between the hotel to the East Baltimore campus every 20 – 30 minutes. An ADA Accessible van is also available. For the ADA accessible van, call 410-361-6565.

  • Thursday Shuttle Hours: 10:30 am – 2:30 pm / ADA Accessible Van 10:30 am – 2:30 pm / Shuttle from AMEB to Welch Medical Library 12 pm - 2 pm
  • Friday Shuttle Hours: 10:30 am – 8:00 pm / ADA Accessible Van 10:30 am – 8:00 pm
  • Saturday Shuttle Hours: 10:30 am – 3:30 pm / ADA Accessible Van 10:30 am – 4:00 pm
  • Parking On-Site: On-campus parking is available on Friday in the Caroline Street Garage (1500 McElderry St., Baltimore, MD 21205) and on Saturday in the McElderry Street Garage (1501 McElderry St., Baltimore, MD 21205). Both garages are adjacent to the Armstrong Medical Education Building.
